Types of HMO Insurances We Accept

DeltaCare

A prepaid plan, DeltaCare USA includes no annual deductibles, a set of copayments, and no maximums for covered benefits.

To receive care, enrollees, in most states, must choose a primary care dentist from the DeltaCare USA network. You are permitted to change dentist once a month via internet or phone.

For most preventive and diagnostic care, very low or no copayments are necessary. There are no exclusions for missing teeth or preexisting conditions.

More than 250 different procedures are included in the plan, such as cleanings, teeth whitening, and bleaching.

Safeguard covers over 400 procedures with a reduction of up to 25% on applicable treatments. You will receive a comprehensive plan showing the cost of each service so you will get an idea of what you are paying.

Guardian

Guardian is an HDMO that includes preventive care to ensure you and your family will be healthier for years. There is no copayment on most of the preventive and diagnostic treatments, with a few or no cost for cleanings and X-rays.

Our dentists offer discounted rates, making the cost more affordable. This assures the child is getting the care he or she needs to help prevent tooth decay and other oral health issues common to children. You get more savings for procedures related to root canal and crown.

The Guardian processes the claim within 48 hours from the time you submitted a claim. There are no long wait periods when claiming and you can receive the procedures immediately.

Aetna

Aetna is a cheaper cost provider and benefits plan compare to other HDMOs. There are no annual maximums or deductibles.

They offer coinsurance plans so you can change plans every month. You pay for the treatments via copayment or coinsurance.

With Cigna, most treatments have a copayment or coinsurance. Through their website, you can manage and check healthcare finances. Both preventive and routine care treatments are free.
